23rd Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 23rd platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any services provided by this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the 23rd platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the operator of the 23rd platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
The 23rd platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services provided. The platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or close an account if verification fails or the information provided is found to be inaccurate.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 23rd platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, active email address, Malaysian phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Identity verification may be required before full account access is granted, particularly for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been authorised by you. 23rd will not be held liable for any losses arising from a shared password or unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the 23rd platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Registering an account using another person's identity or information without their consent.
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interfere with the platform's functions.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage through any unauthorised means.
- Posting or uploading content that is offensive, unlawful, or harmful to others.
- Taking any action that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, and in certain cases, legal action may be taken against the users involved.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 23rd platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods including FPX and DuitNow. Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account details are accurate and belong to them.
Deposits are credited to the user's account once transaction verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used, and 23rd is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or payment service provider.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within one to three business days upon submission of a complete request. All withdrawals will be credited to the verified bank account registered under the same user's name. 23rd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request to ensure security and procedural compliance.
Accounts with balances that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to administrative fees in accordance with the platform's current policy. Users will be notified by email before any deduction is made.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 23rd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, 23rd makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
23rd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including loss of funds, unrealised profits, or business disruption — to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All content on the 23rd platform — including brand names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is protected intellectual property. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the platform operator.
The 23rd platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes. 23rd is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such external sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
23rd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Fraud, suspicious activity, or any attempt to deceive the platform.
- Inaccurate registration details or failed identity verification.
- Requests from relevant authorities or legal compliance requirements.
- Account inactivity for a period as defined by the platform's policy.
23rd reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 23rd platform should first be resolved through negotiation.
